JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that on 12th June 2009 it issued 10,939 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated subscription shareholders.  

The shares in issue following this notification are 160,192,921 Ordinary shares and 31,815,038 Subscription shares.
