JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 22,517 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 168,300,681 Ordinary shares and 11,734,970 Subscription shares.
