JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 14,668 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 168,258,070 Ordinary shares and 11,777,581 Subscription shares.
