JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 2,955,576 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 153,877,581 Ordinary shares and 8,626,200 Subscription shares.
