JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 7,907 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 168,265,977 Ordinary shares and 11,769,674 Subscription shares.
