JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 649 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by one certificated subscription shareholder. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 166,377,504 Ordinary shares and 11,688,147 Subscription shares.
