JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 4,509 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by uncertificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 95,801,490 Ordinary shares and 7,239,049 Subscription shares.
