JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 1,959 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 106,818,517 Ordinary shares and 8,534,578 Subscription shares.
