CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 369 ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by certificated subscription shareholders (who exercised by 31st March 2014).

The shares in issue following this notification are 95,546,993 ordinary shares and 7,233,546 subscription shares.

The right to exercise subscription shares in the Company expired at the close of business on 31st March 2014.
