Chairman of the Company

On the 18th November 2002, the Company announced amongst other matters, that Sir
Hamish Macleod would retire as a Director, and hence as Chairman, at the
conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 12th February 2003.
Further to this the Board are pleased to announce that James Long TD, will be
appointed as Chairman on the retirement of Sir Hamish.
Mr Long has been a Director of the Company since its launch in 1997 and is
currently Chairman of the Audit Committee.
