Fourth quarterly interim dividend

The Board of JPMorgan Asia Growth & Income plc announces that the Company's cum income Net Asset Value ('NAV') was 370.58 pence per share at 30th September 2022. Accordingly, in line with the Company's distribution policy, the Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 3.7 pence per share for the year ending 30th September 2022 will be paid on 23rd November 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14th October 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 13th October 2022.

A dividend reinvestment plan is available for shareholders. The last election date to participate in the dividend reinvestment plan in relation to above dividend payment is 2nd November 2022.
