JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 685,905 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 163,651,669 Ordinary shares and 28,356,290 Subscription shares.
