JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 22,811 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated subscription shareholders. 

The shares in issue following this notification are 177,076,779 Ordinary shares and 11,811,570 Subscription shares.
