JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc announces that on 15th January 2010 it issued 8,938 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of certificated subscription shareholders.  

The shares in issue following this notification are 162,965,764 Ordinary shares and 29,042,195 Subscription shares.
