NAMING OF ADDITIONAL PORTFOLIO MANAGER

The Board of JPMorgan Asia Growth & Income plc (the 'Company' or 'JAGI')  is pleased to announce that Pauline Ng has become an additional named portfolio manager on the Company's portfolio, working alongside co-managers Robert Lloyd and Ayaz Ebrahim.

Based in Singapore, Pauline joined JPMorgan Asset Management in 2005 and is a country specialist for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations ('ASEAN') equities and head of the ASEAN team within the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific (EMAP) Equities team. She also has shared responsibilities for the GEM Social Advancement Strategy.

The Chairman of JAGI, Sir Richard Stagg, commented:
