This announcement replaces RNS number 5346G released at 17:10 AM 01/10/2024, with a revised pence per share.

 

The Company today purchased into Treasury 100,000 Ordinary shares at 375.316 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 19,028,378 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 78,768,615.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
