SUBSCRIPTION SHARE INFORMATION

The Company currently has 27,508,257 Subscription shares in issue. The exercise price of these Subscription shares will increase from 137 pence per share to 176 pence per share on 1st April 2010. For information purposes only, the Company's Cum Income and Capital only NAV per share, assuming that the current Subscription shares in issue were all exercised at 176 pence per share, based on assets as at close of business on 2nd March 2010, would be 220.49 pence and 220.44 pence respectively.
