SUBSCRIPTION SHARE INFORMATION

The Company currently has 11,581,776 Subscription shares in issue. The final opportunity to exercise Subscription shares at 176 pence per share will expire on 31^st March 2012.  Currently, the next opportunity to exercise Subscription shares after 31^st March 2012 will be 1^st April 2012 at 203 pence per share. For information purposes only, the Company's Cum Income and Capital only NAV per share, assuming that the current Subscription shares in issue were all exercised at 203 pence per share, based on assets as at close of business on 23^rd March 2012 , would be 219.88 pence and 220.15 pence respectively.
