SUBSCRIPTION SHARE INFORMATION

The Company currently has 11,581,776 Subscription shares in issue. The exercise price of these Subscription shares will increase from 176 pence per share to 203 pence per share on 1^st April 2012. For information purposes only, the Company's Cum Income and Capital only NAV per share, assuming that the current Subscription shares in issue were all exercised at 203 pence per share, based on assets as at close of business on 29^th  March 2012, are 217.47 pence and 217.79 pence respectively.
