As at 31 October 2013, JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc's capital consists of 100,829,549 Ordinary 25 pence shares, carrying one vote each, and 7,252,936 Subscription shares of 1 pence each with no voting rights. Therefore, as at 31 October 2013, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc is 100,829,549

The above figure (100,829,549) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
