JPMORGAN CHINESE INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

BLOCKLISTING

JPMorgan Chinese Investment Trust plc announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for a blocklisting of 3,436,426 Ordinary shares of 25p each to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the shares to be admitted to trading. 

Shares issued under the blocklisting will be used to satisfy demand that cannot be met through the secondary market.
