JPMorgan Chinese Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 11,348 Ordinary shares following the exercise of conversion rights by a number of uncertificated Subscription shareholders.

The shares in issue following this notification are 77,863,858 Ordinary shares and 12,734,550 Subscription shares.
