JPMorgan Chinese Investment Trust plc hereby gives notification that William Knight, Chairman of the Company, is Chairman of China ChainTek United Holdings Co. Ltd ('Chaintek') which was admitted to AIM yesterday, 20th August 2012. Chaintek provides logistics services to manufacturers of fast moving consumer goods in China and on 20th August 2012 it announced a fundraising of £7.5m, following a Placing of shares by Joint Brokers Liberum Capital and ZAI Corporate Finance. Dealings in Chaintek's ordinary shares began yesterday under the TIDM CTEK.
