INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT TEAM CHANGES

JPMorgan China Growth & Income plc's Co-Investment Manager, Howard Wang, will be relocating to JPMorgan's Taipei office with effect from 1st May 2023.  Due to regulatory requirements, Howard Wang will cease to be listed as an Investment Manager of the Company and instead be listed as an Investment Advisor.  

Rebecca Jiang, based in Hong Kong, who has been an Investment Manager of the Company since 2017, will become Lead Investment Manager of the Company.  Li Tan, also based in Hong Kong and an employee since 2011, will be added as named Investment Manager of the Company alongside Rebecca.

There will be no changes to the Company's investment process nor to JPMorgan's Greater China team structure. Howard Wang will continue working with the Company's research analysts and providing investment advice to the named Investment Managers. He will also continue in his role as Head of the JPMorgan Greater China team, with ongoing responsibilities for the JPMorgan Greater China Growth strategies with Rebecca Jiang and Li Tan supported by Simmy Qi in Shanghai.
