JPMorgan Fleming Chinese Investment Trust plc announces that today in the
market, it issued 100,000 new ordinary shares to a market participant at 73.5
pence per share, representing 0.15% of the ordinary shares in issue.
The number of shares issued under the current authority totals 2,325,000. A
further 4,283,700 shares are available for issue under the authority granted at
the AGM in 2004.
The outstanding shares in issue following this notification are 68,412,001.
