                              ONGOING ISSUE OF SHARES


Further to the announcement regarding the issue of shares today, Wednesday 26th
April 2006 and, notwithstanding the fact that the Company has a further
2,259,700 shares available for issue pursuant to the shareholder authority
granted at the AGM held on 13 December 2005, under the United Kingdom Listing
Authority's Prospectus Rules the Company may not issue further equity until a
prospectus has been approved by and filed with the FSA or until such time that
an issue of shares would be exempt from the requirement to produce a prospectus.

The Company will make a further announcement in relation to this matter in due
course.
