In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 29^th January 2021 the Company's share capital consists of 77,914,965   Ordinary 25 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 181,777 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 29^th January 2021, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 77,733,188 .

The above figure ( 77,733,188) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculation, by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
