This announcement is made to highlight to the market that the Company has authority to issue shares at a premium to net asset value up to the amount of 7,270,318 shares specified in the authority approved by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 3rd February, 2020.  Any interest in such issuance should be coordinated through the Company's Broker, Winterflood Securities Limited.  There can however be no certainty that the Company will issue shares pursuant to this authority.
