Early repayment


At the meeting held earlier today, stockholders approved the resolution to grant
the company the ability to repay the stock early.  Accordingly, the supplemental
trust deed has been executed.


The company announces that it has today given notice to stockholders that it has
exercised its early repayment right, and that the redemption price will be set
by reference to the gilt yield on 17 August 2004 and cheques will be posted on
19 August 2004.
