Fourth quarterly interim dividend

The Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 2.75
pence per share for the year ended 31st December 2002 will be paid on 3rd March
2003 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14th February
2003.

This payment will bring the total dividend for the year to 31st December 2002 to
9.65 pence (2001: 8.50 pence), an increase of 13.5% over the previous year.
