               JPMorgan Fleming Claverhouse Investment Trust plc

Fourth quarterly interim dividend

The Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 3.00
pence per share for the year ended 31st December 2003 will be paid on 1st March
2004 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 13th February
2004.

This payment will bring the total dividend for the year ended 31st December 2003
to 10.20 pence (2002: 9.65 pence), an increase of 5.7% over the previous year.
