First quarterly interim dividend



The Directors have declared that a first quarterly interim dividend of 2.50
pence per share for the year ending 31st December 2004 will be paid on 1st June
2004 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14th May 2004.



For the year ending 31st December 2004 it is the Directors' intention to pay
three quarterly dividends of 2.50 pence per share and at least maintain the
fourth quarterly dividend of 3.00 pence per share.
