Fourth quarterly interim dividend

The Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 4.90
pence per share for the year ended 31st December 2006 will be paid on 1st March
2007 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 9th February
2007.

This payment will bring the total dividend for the year ended 31st December 2006
to 13.50 pence (2005: 11.50 pence), an increase of 17.4% over the previous year.
