Third quarterly interim dividend



The Directors have declared that a third quarterly interim dividend of 3.00
pence per share for the year ending 31st December 2006 will be paid on 1st
December 2006 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 10th
November 2006.



The increased dividend reflects strong earnings, and the Board intends to at
least maintain the level of the fourth quarterly interim dividend payable in
March 2007 (2006: 3.70 pence), but the main purpose of the increase is to more
evenly spread the distribution of the annual dividend throughout the year.
