LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT

Fourth quarterly interim dividend

The Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 8.35 pence per share for the year ended 31st December 2012 will be paid on 1st March 2013 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8th February 2013.

This payment will bring the total dividend for the year ended 31st December 2012 to 18.85 pence (2011: 18.25 pence), an increase of 3.3% over the previous year, thereby continuing the Company's record of increasing the total dividend each year since 1972.
