LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT

Fourth quarterly interim dividend

The Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 6.00 pence per share for the year ended 31st December 2013 will be paid on 3rd March 2014 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 7th February 2014. The ex-dividend date will be 5th February 2014.

This payment will bring the total dividend for the year ended 31st December 2013 to 19.50 pence (2012: 18.85 pence), an increase of 3.4% over the previous year, thereby continuing the Company's record of increasing the total dividend each year since 1972.
