Fourth quarterly interim dividend

The Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 3.15
pence per share for the year ended 31st December 2004 will be paid on 1st March
2005 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 4th February
2005.


This payment will bring the total dividend for the year ended 31st December 2004
to 10.65 pence (2003: 10.20 pence), an increase of 4.4% over the previous year.
