Second quarterly interim dividend

The Directors have declared that a second quarterly interim dividend of 7.50 pence per share for the year ending 31^st December 2022 will be paid on 1^st September 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 22^nd July 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 21^st July 2022.

As announced in the Annual Report, the Board has decided to increase the dividend payable in each of the first three quarters to 7.50 pence from the 7.00 pence paid in the previous period.
