JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc announces that today it issued 100,000 ordinary shares for cash from Treasury at 777.58 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 1,711,674 ordinary shares in Treasury.  The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 55,053,979.
