In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30^th April 2018 the Company's share capital consists of 56,765,653 Ordinary 25 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 1,961,674 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30^th April 2018, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 54,803,979.

The above figure (54,803,979) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculation, by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
