REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION

JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc has purchased 120,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at 454.0 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 57,456,153.
