TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc on Friday 1st July purchased into Treasury 15,000 Ordinary shares at 463.7822 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 55,161,483.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
