JPMORGAN CLAVERHOUSE INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc on Wednesday 6th July purchased into Treasury 48,000 Ordinary shares at 465.3314 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 55,101,483.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
