TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc on Tuesday 19th July purchased into Treasury 14,622 Ordinary shares at 451.2402 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 55,016,861.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
