TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc on Thursday 28th July purchased into Treasury 5,500 Ordinary shares at 455.5455 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 54,957,861.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
