TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc on Thursday 28th April purchased into Treasury 32,000 Ordinary shares at 473.8291 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 55,307,483.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
