TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc on Tuesday 6th December purchased into Treasury 20,000 Ordinary shares at 406.03 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 54,932,361.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
