TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc on Thursday 8th December 2011 purchased into Treasury 60,000 Ordinary shares at 408.6684 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 54,832,361.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
