TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc on Friday 31st December purchased into Treasury 68,000 Ordinary shares at 469.9085 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 55,369,483.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
