TREASURY STOCK

JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc on Wednesday 4^th January 2012 purchased into Treasury 10,000 Ordinary shares at 420.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 54,723,979.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
